Solubility:
Well soluble in organic solvents and rubbers. Insoluble in water.
Application:
Duslin P is a pre-vulcanization inhibitor which allows safe compounding, storage and
processing of rubber compounds with cure system consisting of sulphur and
suiphenamide (or other) accelerator. Even a small addition of Duslin P to rubber
compounds (0.1 -0.4 phr) increases their processing safety significantiy and that
enables to speed up some of the technological operations during the preparation of
rubber goods (tyres, belts, hoses, etc.) Its use saves raw materials and energies.
Storage and Packaging:
Dustin P is supplied in 3-layer paper bags (25 kg).
It should be stored/transported in covered and dry places/vehicles.
Storage life: one year.
