Declaration of RDC's Management about Quality and Environmental Protection Politic

This manegement consider binding and irremissible the following requirements as regard Firm Quality and Environmental Protection:

• The conformity to the law regulation with regards to environmental observance and to the protection of product's safety and has to be considered as inviolable.
• The continuous search of improvement in production's manufacture using, as evaluation method of the success, Customer's acceptance and satisfaction.
• A particular and constant attention to Customer's explicit a/o unexpressed expectations firstly on product's quality; secondly on timeliness and correctness in the delivery of the same and, thirdly, on technical assistance for their use at the respective plants.

• The planning consecutive technical and organizing objectives with the intent to improve the qualitative and environmental protection performance.
• A careful activity of information, training and partecipation addressed to the firm staff in both Quality and Environmental Protection fields.
• A continuos monitoring of working environment, of the one out of the Plant and of equipment security for RDC's and outer person protection.
• A puntual and cooperative investigation of raw materials and services suppliers taking into consideration the great impact on Quality and environment they wield through RDC's production.
• The evaluation of the environmental impact and of the qualitative and safety level for every change or new equipment solution.
• A constructive and careful cooperation with the local community and the relevant authorities in the daily running of productive plants.
• Ending, the engagement of the Management itself to review often the a.m. points in order to evaluate the completion's level with the aim to improve the qualitative, technical and managerial direction of the Company.
